Establishment

This is where the-rubber-meets-the-road. We will work with you on developing your marketing and communications team, establishing your brand, setting up your online presence, sourcing suppliers and more.

Operational

During the operational phase we reveal all the hard work to the world. Your independent or international school will become visible to the world.

Training

Training of faculty and staff is an ongoing process and needs to be regularly reinforced. Without the correct training and knowledge, even the best laid plans will fall apart. We will work with your team on customer service training, telephone skills etiquette, developing elevator pitches and more.

Review

Marketing and communications plans need to evolve with the school. As the school grows, so does the scope of the plan need to grow. We will regularly review, evaluate and refine the plan with in collaboration with you.
